An Overview Of The Role

 

You will play a leadership role and be responsible for overall delivery across our IT staff augmentation vertical shaping our strategy, defining our ambition and developing junior members of the team. It is pivotal for the success of Staffing solution vertical for our businesses also decisive in identifying newer hiring opportunities in the existing client accounts to driving further revenues.

 

We are looking for a proven and seasoned IT recruitment Delivery leader with a strong customer-centric mindset, solid background in client handling, Account management. This is a very crucial role to make our IT Staffing vertical successful by delivering timely and robust solutions to generate value across our customer’s talent demand. A versatile IT recruitment leader who is passionate to shape, motivate and deliver staffing solutions to our esteemed clients. Eventually, achieving Customer delight!

 

You will Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work. Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting bright candidates, ensuring constant corporate image across recruiting campaigns.

 

Preferred: Base Location - Mumbai, Managed Delivery roles across industries.

 

Technologies: Big data, Data Science, Cyber security, Cloud, Programming languages, Web                                           languages, Full Stack Developers, Open Source and many more.

 

Your qualifications and experience (Prerequisites) 

 

  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills. Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with statutory compliances such as CTC Components, etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, rich experience in Power Point Presentations
  • Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing,
  • Skilled to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Decent experience in client management/client handling/ stake holder co-ordination
  • MBA in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree preferred
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with Excellent communication skills

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • To Manage complete lifecycle of staffing process
  • Devise recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs and Recruitment Cost optimization
  • Ensure to comply with organization’s staffing policies as well as procedures in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • To be time bound to meet the committed deadlines to the clients
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand thoroughly the needs and roles (JD) to be filled
  • Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital niche platforms such as Stack Overflow, Github, Linkedin and Other job portals, exploring existing databases, or referrals etc. to source pertinent candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Identifies and vet relevant potential candidates and assesses their qualifications, Parse specialized skills and competencies to filter out ideal candidate profiles.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions via phone screenings. Video screening, or in-person interviews to perform primary screening to ascertain the right fit.
  • Conduct background or reference checks on shortlisted applicants as need, particularly those who will be given job offers.
  • Negotiations of CTC as per budget allocated, employment terms and facilitate the offer letter process subsequently Appointment letters. Manage onboarding and new hire process, Exit formalities
  • Helping Business teams in performance assessment / appraisals. Rewards & Recognitions
  • Design retention programs Liaising with employees to discuss job satisfaction/ Grievances addressal
  • Research appropriate incentives and implement strategies to keep employees engaged and delighted.
  • Creating training materials as and when required
  • Crafting/Amending Ethics and employment policies
  • Monitoring defined KPI’s and SLA’s as per Staffing contract with clients
  • Performs other related duties as assigned and completing the relevant paperwork also Maintaining the database of all applicants and new hires
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
  • Networking, facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community, tech conferences and marketplace, to promote our employer brand, and ensure we attract the best professionals
